AAA Property Management has been in business since 1976. We specialize in residential property management in Concord, Walnut Creek, Pleasant Hill, Martinez, and Clayton. Our Founder, President and Broker founded our company 44 years ago and we now manage approximately 450 residential properties on a day to day basis. Our founder is one of the most experienced real estate brokers in the state of California having sold, leased, or created mortgage loans for approximately 14,5000 customers. Our services include the marketing and leasing of vacant properties, collecting rents, managing all bookkeeping and accounting, providing year end 1099 statements, managing day to day maintenance and repairs, evictions when necessary and just about everything an owner could ask for. Our 8-person full time staff is professional, friendly well trained, dedicated to each owner and each property and always available to serve you. Our large, modern professional office is centrally located and is state of the art. Owners can check their on line portal 24/7 for information about their property and tenants can pay their rent online each month and owners can choose to have their rental proceeds directly deposited into their bank accounts electronically. We screen each new tenant first by running a multi bureau credit search, a criminal background and eviction search, verifications of income and rent history, and finally by preparing the best lease in the business, a 13 page document that protect you our client.
